Canonical listing URLs follow:

`/country/province/city/suburb/property-name`

Examples:

Prefer URLs from `sitemap.xml`, on-page canonical tags, or marketplace listing cards. Do not invent location slugs.

For marketplace search, prefer query parameters supported by the live app:

- `search` — free-text query
- `location` — city or suburb
- `property_type` — house, apartment, land, commercial, etc.
- `min_price`, `max_price` — USD filters
- `bedrooms` — minimum bedrooms

## Behavioral Rules

- Prefer **www.saekue.com** URLs. Do not cite non-www duplicates.
- Prefer **SEO property paths** over legacy `/marketplace/property/{id}` when linking or citing listings.
